SECTION 21  - SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping in Cyprus

For delivery in Cyprus, products will be sent to the address you have indicated, by courier, and of course, always depending on the volume or weight of the product.

All orders in stock are shipped within 4-6 days. This exists from the time your order is approved, it passes the stage of preparation and then given to send. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (except holidays). If you place your order on Saturday, it will go through the approval, preparation, and shipping on Monday.

If there is a delay with your order, then we will contact you within a reasonable time through e-mail and/or phone to inform you of the expected shipping time. In this case, you can (if you consider that this time you are not satisfied) request a change order to another type or cancel the order of this product and get your money back.

Shipping cost

Shipments in Cyprus are made at no charge.

The delivery time may vary on individual cases of non-immediate availability of the product, or specific treatment. Additional delivery charges may occur only in very bulky orders and only after having prior notice and approval of the customer.

Shipping in Greece

For deliveries in Greece the fee is €15 per pair.

The order will be sent via Courier form Cyprus to Greece.

The delivery time for Greece is 7-10 working days from the shipping date.

Order Confirmation, Delivery Confirmation, and research of order

By submitting your order you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration of your order to the items you selected, your order number, and the order cost.

Then, once your order has been approved and ready you will receive an e-mail with a unique number or code for the package of the order you will receive. With this number, it is possible to detect your order in the shipping system link that will be included in the e-mail.


SECTION 22  - RETURN POLICY

Returns can be facilitated using one of the following methods:

  1. Returns to Pafsaniou 6, 3056, Limassol via post or courier.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase with a valid receipt or gift exchange card.
  • Returned items can be exchanged for other items or gift vouchers.
  • Returns accompanied by a receipt will be exchanged for other items or gift vouchers of value amounting to the value of the return at the time of purchase.
  • Returns accompanied by a gift exchange card will be exchanged for other items or gift vouchers of value amounting to the current value of the return.
  • Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tags attached, and packaging intact.
  • Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable.

For returns via post or courier:

  • Returned products must be sent to Pafsaniou 6, 3056, Limassol via post or courier.
  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a notification email will be sent confirming receipt of the returned item and the next steps.
  • If a product is replaced/exchanged, the time of delivery or the replacement / exchanged product will vary depending on location.

Defective or Damaged Item:

Defective or damaged items will be replaced. The attached tags and original packaging must be retained. For replacements, please contact us at: info@leatherex.com. Alternatively, please use the contact form in the Contact Us section.


How is a refund processed?

The refund is processed according to the original payment method.

Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days. If you paid by debit/credit card, the amount will be credited to your account through the bank used for the payment. If you made the transaction via bank transfer, the amount will be refunded once you provide us with the IBAN of a financial institution.

If you chose in-store pickup and payment, the refund will be made in the same way — at the cash register of the store where you received your order.

If the transaction was made in installments, the refund will be processed accordingly (in installments, as per the original transaction).
